Project Description

In conjunction with a one storey car dealership on the premises, proposal to revise one ground sign, one overhanging structure sign and two wall signs from the original permit application. The revisions entail aesthetic colour changes and a reduction of sign face area of the proposed overhanging structure sign and wall signs by omitting a portion of the sign. All signs are illuminated and displaying static copy. The ground sign contains two sign faces, each sign face measuring 7.31 metres vertically by 2.44 metres horizontally at a height of 7.31 metres above grade. The proposed overhanging structure sign is 1.04 metres vertically by 1.61 metres horizontally at a height of 7.58 metres. The proposed wall sign on the south elevation is 1.52 metres vertically by 2.35 metres horizontally at a height of 8.87 metres.
