Project Description
HVAC - Proposal to construct a new single-storey office and warehouse building for a metal recycler. The structure will be a steel frame on concrete foundations and a concrete slab on grade. The building exterior will include steel siding and roofing, with commercial grade windows and doors. The office area will be typical of ICI construction with gypsum partitions, t-bar ceilings, mechanical and electrical. The work will include new storm, sanitary, and water services as well as associated exterior work (paving, landscaping, etc).
