Project Description

REV 1: Proposed construction method is to add 2x12 joists between existing 2x8 joists. These joists will sit in new pockets within the existing party wall, and exterior interlocking double layer brick walls. The joists will then be strapped and blocked, and glued and nailed to the exisitng flooring on the 2nd floor. As well as to add a single studded fire wall within the attic atop existing shared party wall.Proposal for interior alterations to all floors at existing semi-detached single family dwelling.
