Project Description

In conjunction with a parking facility on the premises, proposal to erect and display one illuminated ground sign, displaying static copy on the south frontage, two illuminated wall signs displaying static copy on the east elevation and two illuminated projecting signs on the east elevation containing static copy, one of which also contains readograph copy. The proposed ground sign contains two sign faces, measuring at 2.67 metres vertically by 1.07 metres horizontally at a height of 3.03 metres above grade. One of the proposed wall signs are on the first storey measuring at 0.69 metres vertically by 7.47 metres horizontally at a height of 2.5 metres above grade. The other proposed wall sign is on the first storey measuring at 0.31 metres vertically by 2.59 metres horizontally at a height of XX metres above grade. One of the proposed projecting signs contains two sign faces measuring at 1.02 metres vertically by 0.89 metres horizontally at a height of 4.18 metres above grade.
