Project Description
REVISION 01 re; Related to 16-159018. Internal alterations to convert an existing loading dock to a self storage customer load/unload area. A loading dock will be built along the length of the rear wall and two doorways will be installed in the wall. The floor between the exterior overhead doors and the dock will have an incline for customers to back in their vehicles and move items between their vehicles and the dock.Proposal for renovation to convert existing building to a self-storage facility. Project includes electrical, mechanical, life safety upgrades. Installation of pre-engineered storage lockers to be installed on the 2nd and 3rd floors. Office to be constructed on the 1st floor.
