Rev 04- Proposed revision to Door Schedule for doors 122-130 to be inline with the original issued/approved permit (14 203424 BLD 00 NB) in 2014. Please refer to cover letter for further detail and explanation. REVISION - change to the emergency exist path of travelREVISION - to provide an alternate exit through loading bay via maglock and automatic door opener.REVISION - to combine suites as per the attached letter and revision to P2 exiting as proposed under Alternative Solution 16-175970 (Total suite reduction of 5 suites to 117 from 122, based on a reduction of seven (1BR) and an addition of two (2 BR) units).To construct a new 10 storey mixed use building containing 122 residential suites and retail on the ground floor. Two levels of below grade parking for Residents, including a commecial parking garage with 8 parking spaces. Previously 829, 833 and 835 St Clair Ave W.
