Project Description

Conditional Permit - Part Permit - Proposed expansion of the existing Robarts Library at U of T. Scope of work includes a new five storey building with no basement. There are four storeys of reading rooms; these floors are connected to the existing building by a pedestrian bridge. The ground floor is not contiguous - it spans over the existing library loading dock and is broken into a public lobby at the south and mechanical/electrical spaces at the north. The other floors are contiguous.
