Project Description

In conjunction with a gas station on the premises, proposal to erect and display two static illuminated overhanging structure signs on the east and west elevation of a canopy, one static illuminated wall sign on the east elevation of a convenient store and one static illuminated ground sign on the north frontage. The proposed overhanging structure signs are 0.61 metres vertically by 2.4 metres horizontally, the proposed wall sign is 2.29 metres vertically by 14.09 metres horizontally and the proposed ground sign is double sided back-to-back measuring at 5.55 metres vertically by 2.5 metres horizontally at a height of 7.5 metres above grade. A portion of the proposed ground sign contains readograph copy at 0.44 square metres.**ESSO**
