In conjunction with cafe located in a two-storey buidling on the premises, proposal to erect and display three illuminated static copy wall signs, all of which are to be located on the first storey. The first proposed sign is located on the south facing wall, measuring 0.945 metres vertically by 1.697 metres horizontally at a height of 3.72 metres from grade.
