Project Description

Revision #1 to interior, roof and basement walkout alterations To alter the existing single family detached dwelling by constructing a second storey addition, a new front bay window, a new front porch, a new rear deck and a new rear basement walkout. The existing detached garage in the rear yard will be demolished and a new rear parking pad will be installed. Interior alterations proposed including altering the level of the first floor and basement underpinning.
