In conjunction with a shopping mall located on the premises, to erect and display eight illuminated and two non-illuminated wall signs, each displaying a static copy. At the west facing mall entrance #1, 0.46 metre in length by 0.91 metre in width at a height of 9.66 metres; 0.30 metre in length by 2.59 metres in width at a height of 8.90 metres; 0.57 metre in length by 0.88 metre in width at a height of 4.57 metres; and 0.23 metre in length by 2.59 metres in width at a height of 3.48 metres. At the north facing mall entrance #2, 1.37 metre in length by 2.74 metres in width at a height of 12.57 metres, and 1.10 metre in length by 9.04 metres in width at a height of 10.90 metres. At the north facing entrance #4, 0.39 metre in length by 4.82 metre in width at a height of 4.99 metres, and 0.57 metre in length by 1.16 metre in width at a height of 5.17 metres.
