REV. #1 - Revision :- Basement - rear porch supported by the concrete piers instead of foundation walls on strip footing. The reason - proximity to the large trees.- Basement - 2"x2" strapping on the inside face of the exterior walls with 2" - 2lb sprayed foam insulation.- 3rd floor - finished space relocation to get access to the attic. Finished floor area will remain unchanged- 3rd floor - subfloor plywood applied to the top of joists to protect sprayed foam insulation and provide walking surface to the hi-velocity cooling system located in the attic- 3rd floor - 1/2" plywood applied to the underside of rafters for the wind barrierProposed 3rd story addition with new roof, interior alteration, reduction to existing sun room with new foundation footings and rebuild of existing deck to smaller area.
