Project Description

Proposal for an interior alternation of an existing Group D - office space. There is no change of use. This construction scope is the fit-out of the tenant's office space. The architectual construction includes new partitions, doors, millwork and finishes. The electrical construction includes new lighitng, power distribution, communications cabling and security systems. The mechanical work includes new convenience barrier free washrooms, plumbing at new kitchenette, new HVAC layout, new sprinkler layout and relocated FHCs. The structural portion of this permit includes slab cuts to accommodate interconnecting stair between floors 10 to 12.The demolition scope on floors 12, 13 and 14 is captured under separate permit.
