Project Description
Drain - Proposal for interior alterations to the existing Level 1 (Basement) of the Medical Sciences Building (MSB) at the University of Toronto to incorporate an Emerging and Pandemic Infections Centre (EPIC) whose laboratories, office spaces, support spaces, and washrooms will require their own mechanical and electrical infrastructure that are independent from the rest of the building. Therefore, a new 719 sm. mechanical service penthouse is also required to be constructed on the existing roof of the MSB.
