Proposed interior alterations - the scope of work includes interior renovation of 11th, 12th and 14th floor. including new stair opening and stair design. Scope of work does not alter existing building exterior skin, existing building height, existing building area, existing building exit access/ exit stairs/ exit discharge configuration or capacity. Project does not change occupancy classification and user group.
