Project Description

Alterative Solution - the project consists of the construction of three houses located at 346, 348, and 350 Lee Avenue. All three houses will be served by a private single-lane driveway accessible from Lee Avenue. The distance from the curb of Lee Avenue to the house entry doors, measured along the driveway and provided walking paths, will be between 45 m to 60 m. The driveway serving the properties is not designed as a fire department access route, such that fire department vehicles will be required to park on Lee Avenue and fire department and other emergency response personnel will be required to walk the length of the driveway to access the buildings.
