Project Description
Drain - Installation of a 4" full port backwater valve and sump pump on main line and related drain work To construct a two-storey rear addition (30.28 m2) and to underpin the partywall on the north side and a portion of the west front main wall (33.20 m). Interior alterations (12.0 m2) to the basement will be completed to the washroom and furnace room. A basement walkout and rear deck will also be constructed.
