Project Description

Two permanant pergola structures are proposed on the property. The first on grade in the backyard, and the second is to be located on the existing terrace on the third floor facing the backyard. The pergola at grade is to be freestanding, supported by sonotubes in part and by the existing retaining wall located next to the home, while the pergola on the terrace is to also be freestanding, however, fixed to the existing engineered joists that the terrace/ roof is comprised.
