Project Description

To erect and display one illuminated third party ground sign which is 7.50 metres in height, containing two sign faces, each with static copy and each 6.10 metres wide by 3.05 metres long. A permit was issued for a non-accessory ground sign under the former City of Scarborough Zoning By-law and Sign By-law. Work never commenced and the permit was subsequently cancelled. The sign was erected and displayed after the permit was cancelled. The sign is proposed to be located in a C-Commercial sign district which only permits third party wall signs.**Pattison Outdoor**
