Project Description

In conjunction with a car dealership located on the premises, to erect and display two ground signs, one projecting sign and four wall signs, each with static copy and non-illuminated. The proposed ground signs are located along the north facing property frontage, 1.2 metre in length by 2.4 metres in width, 2.2 metres in height from the ground; and 0.6 metre in length by 1.2 metre in width, 1.2 metre in height from the ground. Three wall signs, each 1.45 metre in length and 2.77 metres /2.88 metres in width at a height of 4.0 metres, are erected on the north facing front building wall. One wall sign, 1.45 metre in length and 2.75 metres in width, at a height of 4.0 metres, is to be erected on the east facing building elevation.
