- REVISION 02 - 1. Adding the existing back door off the existing sunroom; 2. Adding the existing back door off the back of the basement; 3. For main/upper and main/basement: applying to get the measurement grandfathered as it is a century home and cannot increase the width of the stairs. We will be using article 11.3.1.1 to replace with safer and sturdier stairs with the same dimensions4. For the basement stairs, we raised the powder room flooring to comply with the stair headspace code; 5. Added the basement concrete pier that we had to replace to maintain structural integrity with the supervision of the engineer; 6. Laundry in top floor; 7. The concrete beam that we had to install over the master bedroom window, as the current brick was deteriorating. With the supervision of the engineer; 8.
