Rev 01 - Scope of Work: to switch the location of the south-side basement unit-2 to the north-side of the basement, switch the north-side of the basement use to the south-side of the basement and maintaining it as part of Unit-1 which occupies the ground floor and 2nd floor levels, replacement of existing exterior windows/doors in existing openings as noted in the elevations drawings, and interior renovations/alterations. No other work or approval beyond. Structures and Uses identified as existing conditions have not been reviewed for compliance with the OBC, nor have they been verified or approved. The performance level of the building after the material alteration or repair shall not create an unhealthy environment in the building, as per OBC Part 11.3 requirements. This permit (drawings) is to be read in conjunction with approved drawings, permit 2006-143194 BLD 00 and refer to all notes, building notes, and attachments issued with approved drawing(s), permit(s).
